Residential new builds

This project currently stands as a concept, this scheme hasn't been entered for planning yet, a little background of the site it is an unused section of land in the grounds of a large dwelling, there's ample scope for a generous double garage and a 5 bedroom detached house traditional in its design. As shown in the draft 3D model this showing the location of the proposed dwelling and the trees to the rear of the proposal. 

The section of land is well screened by existing landscaping with hedging and large trees, all of which are due to be retained and new planted to boundaries of the development. A new driveway is to be formed and accessed via existing track.

This scheme for 2 bespoke residential dwellings in a village outside of Lincoln, the site before development was redundant with a rapidly deteriorating out building at the rear of the site. When designing we chose to opt for a more traditional and in keeping scheme with the street scene of the village.

Both dwellings are 4 bedroom with en-suites and have sizable family living areas achieved by open plan living. The outbuildings to the rear of the plots has also been converted as part of the project to incorporate garage space and additional accommodation.

Originally the site consisted of a rundown dwelling, planning permission was gained for a replacement dwelling in the open country side.

The dwelling is constructed with a timber frame with high levels of insulation, heating is provided by a ground source heat pump, oak frame garage is provided to the Southern boundary.

Glazed screen to the rear of the dwelling was design to take advantage from solar gains & views of the open fields surrounding the development.
