We have our own in-house land buying team who work closely with private, investor and corporate clients to search, source, negotiate and secure land on their behalf, by researching and preparing detailed feasibility and viability reports.

Plans are then prepared, followed through by our trusted design team and overseen right through until handover. The company is also on hand after legal completion, especially for our overseas clients in the event that aftercare or support is required by any end users, if for instance the projects involve apartments or commercial premises which may then be tenanted.
