In brief, construction project management is the process of managing a construction project through from inception to completion. This includes obtaining all the necessary Local Authority Consents, tendering the project following the production of a detailed specification of works to credible contractors and monitoring the works on site following the production of a legally binding contract between our clients and the chosen contractors. Once on site our project management team understand the challenges our clients face and have the awareness to advise and steer the project through to completion.
