Ryland Design were commissioned to design the conversion of a range of Grade II listed agricultural buildings in Navenby. This project involved sympathetic alterations to preserve the historic character while transforming the abandoned barns into three stunning family homes.
Our design approach focused on creating a cohesive layout that blends traditional features with modern functionality. Each dwelling was carefully planned to maximise space, natural light, and energy efficiency, ensuring the homes meet contemporary living standards without compromising heritage value.
From initial concept through planning and Building Regulations compliance, our team managed the entire process to deliver a high-quality outcome that respects the site’s history while providing practical, stylish homes for modern families.
