Ryland Design were commissioned to redevelop a derelict former Social Club site in Lincoln. Our team navigated the pre application process to overcome specific planning challenges before progressing to a full application. Using our expertise, we managed the entire planning process to achieve a successful outcome and deliver a scheme that contributed significantly to the regeneration of the area.

The development comprises a range of modern homes designed to meet local housing needs while enhancing the character of the neighbourhood. In addition to planning, we prepared comprehensive Building Regulations drawings and coordinated all required consultants, simplifying the process for the developer and delivering a full, detailed compliance package.
