Ryland Design was appointed to prepare a regeneration scheme for a historic public house in Louth, Lincolnshire. The project aimed to reduce the existing commercial space, introduce a stylish wine bar with ancillary areas, and create residential accommodation to rent at the rear and above the property.

Our design approach focused on blending modern hospitality features with the building’s character, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests while maximising space efficiency. The result is a vibrant venue that combines social spaces with practical living solutions.
