Industrial Units High Grounds Way Worksop

Ryland Design created a scheme to redevelop a disused brownfield site in a commercial area of Worksop. The project delivered four new industrial units designed to provide flexible spaces ideal for local businesses and start-up enterprises.

Our design approach ensured harmony with the existing industrial buildings while introducing modern functionality and uplifting the area. The development also included new vehicular access, cycle facilities, and accessible parking to meet current standards and improve convenience, while enhancing the site and providing valuable new assets for the client.

From initial concept through planning and Building Regulations compliance, our team managed the entire process to deliver a practical, high-quality solution for the client and the local business community.
