Ryland Design were commissioned to design and plan the conversion of a redundant industrial unit into a bespoke, workable, and attractive corporate office space in Grimsby. Working closely with a local contractor, we delivered a high-quality transformation that brought new life to an unused building.

The design provides open-plan work areas, private offices, and meeting rooms, creating a flexible environment for business operations. Our approach focused on maximising natural light, improving accessibility, and ensuring full compliance with Building Regulations throughout the process.
