North Kelsey Residential Development

Ryland Design was engaged to help our client put their own mark on a site in North Kelsey, Lincolnshire, which initially had outline planning approval. Our role was to take the project from concept through to construction readiness.

We carried out a full topographical survey, developed initial sketches, and prepared the final planning application to secure approval. Following this, we produced detailed technical design packages, ensuring compliance with building regulations and providing the developer with everything needed to construct the homes efficiently.
