This project formed part of one of our investor design-and-build packages. Ryland Design were commissioned by an investor to source and deliver a scheme aimed at diversifying their investment strategy.

We began by securing the land and working with estate agents to assess local demand and prepare a detailed feasibility study. This included outlining a budget for land acquisition in line with market value, plot-by-plot build costs, professional fees, legal costs, and associated expenses. We then projected revenue outcomes and worked closely with the investor to confirm viability before moving forward with the redevelopment of a former car park into a high-quality residential scheme suitable for the first-time buyer market.

Our team secured Planning Permission and Building Regulations approval, and delivered full project coordination services—including tendering, contractor management, site inspections, and quality control—to create this attractive development of four modern properties ready for market. We also assisted estate agents with sales and provided comprehensive aftercare for the purchaser.

From initial concept through to completion, we ensured compliance with all regulations and managed the process efficiently to meet the client’s objectives. The development achieved the desired returns for the investor, demonstrating our ability to combine design excellence with commercial viability.
